Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV) contributes to the reduction of environmental impact as LNG vaporizer by using seawater as a heat source. KOBELCO, as one of the world’s top ORV manufacturers, has been improving its reliability for more than 40 years since Japan started importing LNG.

An intermediate fluid vaporizer (IFV) is an LNG vaporizer that can use even low-quality seawater as a heat source by using titanium tubes. The risk of freezing seawater is eliminated by using propane intermediate fluid. In addition, various cold energy recovery methods are available and have many successful experiences.

Cold water vaporizer (CWV) is an LNG vaporizer specialized in small capacities. LNG cold energy can be used to supply cold water for use in air conditioning or gas turbine intake air cooling. It helps improve energy efficiency even in small LNG stations.

Hot water vaporizer (HWV) is an LNG vaporizer specialized in small and medium capacities. Its LNG heat transfer tubes are immersed in a hot-water bath to vaporize the LNG.
